I typically just wear the pads, but I'm glad I got these for a change. They're especially nice for night time and for long days/trips when you don't want your pad bunching up. The Always Discreet Underwear Max handle problems with bladder leakage very well. They are comfortable to wear and are not bulky. The triple layers keep wetness away from the body so irritation is kept to a minimum. The only problem I had is that they sagged at the waist, but I believe that is due to my size and not because of a defect in the product.
