I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper either. The mesh- like top makes it really comfortable and not too tight. I also felt like it was great and did not have any leakage.

They don't leak at all. My only complaint is the scent. It is so strong and overwhelming. I prefer unscented. Other than that, these are great.

I've had to use incontinence panties for years and tried many brands over that time. I don't know if it's because I'm a heavier woman or something else but I find that for me I need more coverage in the front, but still want protection in the back for leaks. No pads are EVER long enough by themselves, so I've been using panties both night AND day. Many other brands I would say are "okay" but Always Discreet panties are the only thing I'll use from now on. The panties fit so snugly well, are so soft, absorbent and discreet that I can wear them during the day and not feel self-conscience. What's nice is that I can use the moderate panties in the day, or even two of your pads end-to-end, and any of those three options are better than wearing the other brand panties.
