I typically just wear the pads, but I'm glad I got these for a change. They're especially nice for night time and for long days/trips when you don't want your pad bunching up. They were also just my size a d were a lot cuter than I expected them to be. Thank you for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have helped me understand so many situations. The panty is easy to use. The material is soft and easy to put on. They keep my bed from getting wet. They look amd feel like underwear. They are a pretty punk color.. They absorb very well.

The Always Discreet Underwear Max handle problems with bladder leakage very well. They are comfortable to wear and are not bulky. The triple layers keep wetness away from the body so irritation is kept to a minimum. The only problem I had is that they sagged at the waist, but I believe that is due to my size and not because of a defect in the product.

They are very discreet and keep me from having to change my pants every hour when I have my period. These are super comfortable and doesn't have you feeling like a wet seal. I absolutely love them. Great for those pesky after birth leaks when you cough or sneeze. Plus, nobody would know you were wearing them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually buy a different brand, but these Always Discreet Maximum Protection Underwear for Women have worked so awesome! The protection is excellent and the comfort is also excellent. No one knew that I was wearing them, which is a major plus for me.

My wife and I both wear incontinence products, she wears 24/7 and I wear at night. She uses these Always products and I use Depends Night Defense for men. We order our products online and with the shipping delays I ran out of my depends and wore her Always for a couple nights and they were the best product I have used, they hold much more and leak less and feel much better. I would love Always to come out with a mens version of these.

I'm using these as extra protection while I recover from a temporary physical disability. They are comfortable and absorbent. I didn't make it to the bathroom once and the underwear absorbed almost all of my urine. A little did trickle down one leg, but I think that's because I bought a size too big--these run large. I'm a solid size large in women's wear but should have bought s/m based on the size chart. The scent is a bit much though, but I get it--part of this is masking odor.

I plan on using these post-partum as well since they have been so great during my period. They are easy to get on and take off and not constricting. These hold so much and don’t feel like you’re wearing a diaper. They are super discreet, and soft and almost feel like regular underwear.
