I tried your Protective underwear, the extra large size. The package is marked for 48-64 inch. This product will not fit a 64 inch waist or hip. It is tight on me and my measurements are around 56 inches. Also the waistband rolls down when they are being worn. I like the crotch design very much. there is much less leakage. With so many people having incontinence, you should make these in individual sizes, like regular underwear.

Protects against leaks. I feel confident and protected when I wear these max protection underwear. Love the color and feel. Great quailty product for women.

I’m SO thankful I purchased these before having a baby. I ended up having a c-section and these fit and protected me so well for those first few weeks at home. They cut high enough not to bother my c-section scar, held me together, and yet were still thin enough not to feel like I was wearing a diaper (like what they give you in the hospital). So glad I had these effortless underwear for such an emotional and exhausting part of my life!

I can move around in them. I wear these to help with incontinency, & they help prevent leaks. They have absorbent padding & pull up to my waist. They fit like regular underwear & I like how convenient they are. When I’m out I don’t have to worry making an unexpected mess & wear them at home too. They keep me feeling dry & odor free. I can keep an extra in my bag too, without it taking up a lot of space. The S/M fit true to size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice alternative option for protection. The pad is thick and absorption is really good. The overall fit is good, but it does take some getting used to. They are pretty comfortable to wear. The sides easily rip apart for easy disposal.

These Always Discreets are great if you have issues with incontinence, or if you need some safeguards after a surgery and you're not as mobile, or if you have bladder issues, etc. After my C-section I have used them and I can say these are best and leakproof. No one will be able to tell that you are wearing them. These are great for people that battle incontinence whether it’s daily or sick for a few days or even for people ongoing medical treatment.
