I've trusted Nature Made for years as a reputable vitamin/supplement brand and these are no exception. It's so easy to pop 2 strawberry-flavored gummies in the evening as I start my wind-down routine. I like the ingredients and the feeling is calming and gentle.

I loved the flavor and the gummy itself, however, there wasn't a noticeable difference when it came to actual stress relief regardless of consistently taking these. Didn't notice any difference within the hour like advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried several stress relief gummed and capsuls, the Nature Made well-endowed Strawberry flavor is by far the sweetest tasting one. So much it almost has no flavor but sweet/sugar. So, if you're sensitive to sweet things this might not be the one for you. I feel that the stress relief it provides is moderate but not enough to over power the taste/after taste of the gummy.
