I take these when im feeling restless before bed or during the day when i am feeling overwhelmed and anxious. I feel better once i take them and I enjoy the strawberry flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that normally I am a pretty stressed out/high-strung person. Having two jobs, a family, and lots of pets will do that to a person. I took these consistently for a month leading up to a 10-day vacation. Normally, I would be a stress mess by the time it was time to go. I was not. I normally would have everything packed weeks in advance and be worrying about missing something. I threw everything into a suitcase the night before and did not worry about it. Coincidence? I really don't think so. Plan on continuing these permanently.

If I'm just feeling a little stress they seem to help, but if I'm really stressed I don't seem to feel much relief. I do find relief when I use with other stress relieving techniques. They taste pretty good.

I love that it's not some huge pill u have to swallow but a chewy flavor gummy. The flavor was easy to handle didn't taste medicated at all. Not to much sugar perfectly well balanced.

I had an incredibly stressful day, and came home to find that my bottle of nature made stress relief gummies had just arrived! I thought it was perfect timing and took two. Within an hour I started to feel very relaxed, and my stress just seem to be melting away. A couple hours later I was totally relaxed and mellow. I've never felt as relaxed as I did when I took these two gummies! They work great.

Figured I would manage my stress better by consuming some supplements. Started taking this for a few days now and I do feel a bit less stressed. Not sure if it actually works or it's a placebo effect. But, either way it has a positive impact.
