The corn is firm enough to use in a salad and wonderful as a side dish or an addition to any recipe. It is sweet and tastes almost as good as fresh.

Dubuque needs to bring this back only corn I eat same with my family! I do not know why it was discontinued and that's the ONLY reason for a bad 2 star review otherwise it's absolutely delicious!

This was great when it was non-GMO. I noticed with the last bag I purchased I kept getting digestion problems whenever I ate the corn. I checked the package and the non-GMO assurance is gone. So I won't be buying this again.

Purchased from Lincoln, NE south store in February and it tasted like late picked field corn. Like it was old because it was very starchy.
