Shrinkflation coming in hot. Within the past year the company has: 1) Discontinued the larger containers 2) Reduced the net mass of the small container go from 1.5lbs >1.35lbs > 1.25lbs 3) Decreased the serving size to keep # of servings the same. And now are advertising 60% more servings than the competition... Y'all doing okay financially? This is cringe worthy marketing at the expense of your customers.

Bought this protein powder when the brand I normally buy was out of stock and I was out of powder. Not at all pleased with this product. The taste of the powder overpowered the fruit and peanut butter I use to make smoothies. I'm only continuing to use it because my preferred brand is still out of stock, otherwise I would throw it out.

I love this product and have used it for years. I am writing this review to also complain about the new packaging which is impossible to open the first time. I pry the cover off with a knife and then I'm good for the rest of the usage. It will serve you well to fix this problem and keep your customer base

I recently started going to the gym. And few friends recommended me some other protein powder. Didn't work. I switched to this just to give it a try. Honestly it was awesome. I took the original one. but now after i'm done with that i'll try the chocolate flavor.

I have been happily buying this product for over a year but noticed immediately when I made my first shake from the new container that it tasted different, like coconut. They have added ingredients and ruined the chocolate flavor. If I wanted coconut flavor, I'd buy it, please bring back the original chocolate formulation.

I've been taking this for years and love the product but it is so difficult to open with the new packaging, I might switch to another brand now. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to get the top off when you first open it. Please go back to the old packaging or fix this problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flavor/Taste: I tried the Vanilla. I think all Proteins should be based on the most basic three flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry. This is your baseline, and I believe almost all protein powders know exactly how to compare products when it comes to these 3 main flavors, especially vanilla. Now, with vanilla, you either have the ice creamy flavor, the fake vanilla flavor, or the natural vanilla. This one to me leaned toward the actual flavor of vanilla extract that you remember cooking with as a kid. To be fair, I would have preferred the creamy ice cream flavor to this one but with the organic label it would make sense that it would taste more of natural vanilla bean. No terrible aftertaste. Mixability: Now this is where I did have issues using blender bottles. I tried multiple types of blender bottles, some with the mixer ball, some with the metal spring ball, one with the screen on the lid etc. I did not like how this protein mixed. It took a whole lot of shaking and stirring to get it fully mixed with water/milk/almond milk. I could see this being annoying as with the normal amount of shaking, it left clumps on the sidewall and the "drink" was frothy/bubbly. Now for me this wasn't a huge issue as I don't drink protein in a mixer, but I wanted to try it to see how it did. I used this product to make green tea protein shakes with frozen fruit in an actual blender. In there it mixed smooth and was a great calorie/protein boost to my morning smoothie/shakes. Results: So, I struggle with protein powders. I admittedly have a weak stomach for protein powders. I will get bubble guts relatively fast, and I have to shy away from the majority of products. This one, I was good with. I used two scoops for 36 ounces of lactose free milk, frozen yogurt, fresh fruit/vegetables and matcha green tea powder. Turned out absolutely killer and I recommend it to any with sensitive stomach to at least try. I struggle with finding proteins that don't wreck me and I did okay with this one.

I cannot open the lid of the new product canister. I tried brute strength, a hot wet cloth, hitting the bottom, and running it under the faucet. Nothing works. I asked a friend who is a contractor and very strong, and it took great effort for him to open it. Please fix this packaging.

I have been using this in my husband's overnight oats. Have been pleased with it but this order I received the new packaging, have any of you at the company actually tried to open this product?? I actually looked all over the container to see if there were specific instructions to open it as I could not budge the lid. Finally I Googled how to open and was brought to this page. Review after review mentions how difficult to open the new container and not one response from the company. I finally used a knife to get the top off. There is less product than before and compared to what I had left in the old style container the two were no where near the same color. Y'all need to rethink the changes you have made as I will look for a different brand.

Love that it's organic as the main ingredient is Pea protein.Love that they use coconut creamer (coconut oil). Would have liked to see a different sweetener besides cane sugar but it seems to be minimal. It is a bit grainy but not bad. I also mix in a half a frozen banana and sometimes powdered peanut butter.
