Love Seventh Generation laundry detergents. Cleans our clothes without needing to worry about bothering my kids sensitive skin or exposure to toxins or endocrine disruptors. I still prefer the unscented free and clear to the lavender. I prefer no smells in general. However, during part of my trial of this product, we all had Covid so I couldn't smell it anyaway. I was given a free sample of this detergent to try for my family. I have some children, ages 5 months to 5 years, who have sensitive skin and have tried other free and clear detergents for their clothing before. Not every product has helped them with their sensitive skin. They still break out once in a while depending on the ingredients included in the detergents. This product worked fairly well with getting the clothing clean.

Received a package of Seventh Generation laundry detergent a few weeks ago, and I love it! I suffer from sensitive skin and can only use free and clear laundry detergent products, otherwise I get hives from products that contain fragrances. This laundry detergent was amazing! It needs what it claimed it's so. My laundry was so fresh and clean. I like how the lavender scent wasn't so powerful like other detergents. I discovered Seventh Generation Free and Clear laundry detergent after doing some research on the most natural detergents out there to work towards eliminating unnecessary chemicals in my house. This detergent always cleans well and never causes any weird outbreaks with my skin. I rank it a 4/5 only because it doesn't cover the water-like smell my clothes have after washing in the detergent and air drying.

This cleaning power of this detergent was surprising. Some natural-based detergents don't hold up to their cleaning claims. This one does! It removed stains and ground-in dirt. And it required less detergent that my previous chemical brand I had been using.
