My one year old has very sensitive skin and suffers from eczema. Finding a detergent that cleans well AND doesn't irritate his skin was nearly impossible, until I tried Seventh Generation Free & Clear. There are no chemicals or additives that will bother his sensitive skin, yet the detergent does a wonderful job of keeping our clothes clean and looking fresh. I'm a mom with small kids so I do a lot of laundry. My children have very sensitive skin so I am extra careful about the cleaning products we use. This detergent is perfect for my whole family. It cleans extremely well and I love that it is unscented. It is a product I highly recommend to friends and family. I recieved a free product for my honest review.

I received free samples in exchange for my honest opinion. I liked the product so much I just bought two bottles of it to wash all of my baby clothes in. Despite being unscented it leaves your clothes smelling fresh, not musty like some other free and clear detergents.

Full disclosure, I have been asked to leave a review after being given a free sample. HOWEVER, I have extremely sensitive skin and severe eczema that often causes hives. Seventh generation is the only laundry detergent I'm able to use anymore! I love the free and clear version and the lavender scents. They clean just as well as the orange stuff, but without harsh chemicals and itchy fragrances. I'm a user for life!

This detergent does a pretty good job. I love the lavender scent (it smells like real lavender, not overly perfume-y) but it doesn't really leave the scent on your clothes. It's more expensive than I normally like to pay for detergent, but for natural, biodegradable products it's reasonable.

I love that it contains natural ingredients and is much safer than other detergents that are full of dyes and chemicals. This detergent cleans the clothes very well, smells great, and did not irritate. It's a great choice for those with sensitive skin and are concerned about harsh ingredients.

I love A really clean laundry product because I worry about the byproduct water after the laundry is done. All of that product will end up in our rivers so we need to be mindful of that. This product gets the job done and doesn't leave an annoying fake scent.

Im always a little skeptical when trying new laundry soaps due to my husband being sensitive to certain laundry detergents. But I was thoroughly surprised after trying the seventh generation detergent. It had a nice lavender scent that wasnt over powering but was also strong enough to smell after the wash was complete. It didn't leave a residue like some others have done and it left my clothes clean and soft. It worked great and it's safer to use than others on the market. I give 5 of 5 stars!
