Seventh Generation has always been an amazing company. They have really out done themselves with thier lavender laundry soap. It smells amazing and leaves my clothes even cleaner which is not an easy feat with my messy 14 month old. I highly recommend it over other leading brands. I have sensitive skin and was able to use it with no reaction.

I like that you don't have to use a lot of the product to do it's job. This sole has changed my purchases I the future from the other leading, more expensive brands.

I used the Seventh Generation Free and Clear Laundry detergent for my seven month-old's laundry. He has sensitive skin and 'free and clear' detergents tend to work best for him. I did a wash of our cloth diapers and a wash of clothes to test out this detergent. I have a high efficiency washer and do most wash in cold water. For the cloth diapers, I did need to use a double dose of the detergent to get the smell out, but otherwise the diapers were clean, no stains and did not irritate his skin when worn again. For his clothes a single dose worked fine and got out food stains that had been pre-treated. Most of all, I enjoyed that we had no skin issues and that this 97% bio-based detergent is better for the Earth. This product sample was received for free in return for an honest review.

It gave a nice smell to my laundry without being overpowering and did a good job cleaning the laundry. This is my new favorite laundry detergent and I would definitely recommend it!

I love the smell of this laundry detergent! My favorite from this line is the power clean that fights stains, Seventh Generation Ultra Power Plus ... but when I cant find that one, I always get this lavender one instead. It does a get job, and leave the clothes with a subtle, lovely scent! Id definitely recommend this to friends.

When I receive my sample of Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent Laundry detergent, it was love at first scent! All my clothes and bedding had a refreshing lavender scent for a very long time. I gave a packet to a friend and she also loved the scent. She said she felt that detergent made her clothes very soft and really clean, and I totally agree.

I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own. Here is my opinion: I received two load packets, and I tried them out. I prefer these two over the scented laundry detergents. While the smell may be more pleasant, I strongly believe that the free & clear is better. Why? For starters, it actually cleans my clothes, it's concentrated -- so I use less, and isn't as sticky after using the detergent. It's human and environmentally friendly; thus, no harsh chemicals and my skin doesn't irritate.

We love Seventh Generation products and this is no exceptions. Straightforward ingredients with harsh chemicals and worrisome additives. My youngest daughter has extremely sensitive skin and this detergent has never caused any irritations. Highly recommend this detergent!
