So thankful to have tried this product. The ingredients are a plus but the lavender scent was a bit overpowering for me. I'm not the biggest fan of lavender so I would have much rather preferred a more clean scent like fresh linen. The product did work pretty nicely and got my load pretty clean. It's great because my husband and I both have sensitive skin and cannot use products like tide. Overall I was pretty satisfied!

These detergents work wonders! The old adage that "natural" products don't work are a thing of the past. I have to say with having two messy children and a dirt husbands clothes to wash I was skeptical, but after just one load I knew this was a great product. I bought the Free and Clear detergent and the Blue Eucalyptus and Lavender and love them both. I bought the one with lavender thinking I could wash out sheets with it and help bring on sleep but unfortunately the smell doesn't really stick around but that's my only complaint (if you could even call it that) I was able to try out for free a really great detergent that does not disappoint.

I used the seventh generation free sample for this review and for my own personal motives. I am really trying to use natural products at home but want to make sure they work prior to purchasing them. The lavender sent is amazing and gets the job done. Each load is fresh and clean smelling. I am going to definitely start using this product.

Seventh Generation laundry detergent cleans my clothes, towels, sheets, and blankets extremely well. The laundry comes out super fresh and sanitized. The scent is light and refreshing. The plant-based ingredients are great. The only negative thing I can say is that pretreating stains is important when using this brand as it is not overly powerful against tough grease spots. For typical laundry that is not overly stained however, it really does a great job. I do recommend it!

Most members of my family have sensitive skin so this product is absolutely perfect because it has no strong scent or harsh chemicals. This detergent also does a great job thoroughly cleaning our clothes and gets out all of the stains. I also love that it is plant based and biodegradable! I highly recommend this product!

I wanted to really love this product. I used this one 3 kinds of loads. I used this on my darks, towels, and my sheets. It cleaned my clothes and towels, but my sheets were not cleaned as much as I needed them to be. My sheets had spots of blood from my cycle (so embarrassing) and the detergent didn't get the spots out. I has to re-wash them with my tide detergent to get them out. This was a big disappointment for me.

We are satisfied with this laundry soap! smell free and cleans our clothes without using bleach. What I really like about this product is while washing our clothes at the same time I'm helping the environment because of their 100% biodegradable laundry detergent with renewable, plant-based cleaning ingredients that get the job done.
