I really liked this Seventh Generation Lavender Laundry Detergent. I have used their other scents or the fragrance free in the past and looked forward to trying this scent. I thought it cleaned very effectively and didn't have an overpowering scent which I appreciated. I will definitely add this to my rotation. I received the samples for the free and clear from Generation Good. I love that my family is able to use this detergent. As we all have some form of allergies, hypoallergenic detergents work best. We have found no issues with this, no itching, no over powering smell either. We love that we have clean clothes and at a fraction of the cost of other detergents.

The Seventh Generation laundry detergent worked nicely on my clothing. I'm not a big fan of scented soaps, especially lavender, so I gave my second sample to a friend. The scent wasn't overbearing though. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

I got this detergent as a free sampler from Seventh Generation for my honest review. Once I got it out of the package, it already smells really good. It smells just like lavender essential oil which makes me calm and relaxed. The stain removal is good too. I mean, nowadays people seem to not only wash cloth when they are extremely dirty so I think a moderate stain removal ability would be good enough for my needs. And the fact it's biodegradable makes me less guilty about the environmental impact I'm causing haha.

I used the Seventh Generation Free and Clear Laundry detergent for my seven month-old's laundry. He has sensitive skin and 'free and clear' detergents tend to work best for him. I did a wash of our cloth diapers and a wash of clothes to test out this detergent. I have a high efficiency washer and do most wash in cold water. For the cloth diapers, I did need to use a double dose of the detergent to get the smell out, but otherwise the diapers were clean, no stains and did not irritate his skin when worn again. For his clothes a single dose worked fine and got out food stains that had been pre-treated. Most of all, I enjoyed that we had no skin issues and that this 97% bio-based detergent is better for the Earth. This product sample was received for free in return for an honest review.

This laundry soap is the only soap we use in our house. My son has eczema and this soap is sensitive enough for his skin. I typically purchase the unscented version but the lavender scent I received as a sample was a great change. I continue to purchase this brand of laundry detergent and their other products this brand has to offer.

I found Seventh Generation Fresh Lavender Scent Laundry Detergent to work as well as any detergent I've used. It left my clothes clean and smelling lovely. Before my first daughter was born, I had no idead about skin sensitivity to laundry soap. I washed her baby clothes with a traditional chemical laundry soap. Which resulted in her breaking out with a rash all over. I switched to a baby laundry soap that worked. Seventh Generations free and clear Laundry soap is powerful enough for all my family's stains but sensitve for babys delicate skin. Also, its plant-based and 97% biobased. Free of harsh chemicals, dyes and perfumes; It's not only safe but effictive and designed for both standard and HE washing machines. Requiring very little soap for each load, it is efficient, saving money and packing a powerful punch. I use it on anything and everything. My 15 year old developed sensitive skin over the last couple of years and I have not found anything that has worked as well as seventh generation. I used my samples to wash his clothes and sheets only. So far so good! He is giving it raving reviews!!
