I received a free product for the purpose of my honest review, but I have already been using this detergent for years now. This detergent is free and clear which means it's safe for the whole family AND it is environmentally friendly AND it actually works. I can't imagine ever changing detergents.

I used this on everything from my delicates to my boyfriend's construction clothes, and it cleaned them wonderfully. It left our clothes clean and smelling so fresh! I really do love the lavender scent. I still use dryer sheets with his work clothes because they need all the help they can get, but my loads didn't even need the extra boost, they were already soft from the wash. I personally don't have sensitive skin for detergent, but I would absolutely consider this when I have kids because it's so gentle. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. I had a load of baby clothes to wash so I used the sample of lavender laundry detergent I received from Seventh Generation for free. Not only did it get all the stains out, it also has a great scent. I've already bought a full size for my house. I love Seventh Generation products. I know they work well and are safer for my family and the environment.

I have been using this detergent for over 5 years now and will never go back to any other brand. It works just as good and even better than the detergents out there with chemicals in them that aren't good for you! Some natural detergents that I've tried left a weird film feeling on my clothes but this detergent does not do that.

I tried this product in hopes of switching to more a natural detergent. After weeks of use, I was continually left disappointed. My clothes never really smelled clean but I continued to tell myself this was part of the transition to more natural products. Then after about four weeks of use, I noticed items that had already been washed still smelled of the various odors they smelled like before being washed. I had high hopes but remain unimpressed.

The detergent packs are great. I like that it's powder and not liquid, doesn't pop as easily if squished. Great for taking camping with me. I can pack them and not worry about them breaking open. A free product was recieved for review purposes.

I received a couple free samples of the Seventh Generation Lavender scent to try out and review. It cleaned well and smelled good. I was surprised how good it worked. I used 2 samples and gave 1 to my daughter to try with her newborn baby's clothes. It had stain fighters in it and that was exactly what she needed.

Upon doing the first load of laundry with the product, I noticed the fragrant smell the clothes had without any added softener or fragrance beads. The clothes came out clean and all of this from a plant? Wow, is all I can say to this. Keep up the great work Seventh Generation!!!

I've been using Seventh Generation Laundry detergent lavender for a while. They recently sent me free samples of their Free & clear and I love it I can use it for the whole family no skin irritation this is a big plus since we all have sensitive skin !
