The smell is amazing and lasts. I used it for a week and will continue to purchase. I really like that it's a great product that is great for my family and the environment. Our family has very sensitive skin and deal with eczema so all our detergents are unscented and clear. I was happy to find this cleans as well as some of the other brands we have used and was made for sensitive skin. It uses natural derived ingredients so I had piece of mind washing our clothes with it. The cleaning power was great! I received a free sample of the free and clear detergent. Love moat of the seventh generation products. I like the lavender scent and also like how its made with less harsh chemicals and is plant derived. Oy thing I don't like is the price. It's pricier than other detergents and doesnt last half as long. I also noticed that I need to use a bit more detergent than if I were to buy a brand like All.

I've been using the free & clear detergent for over 3 years and I love it. I did receive 3 packs of free one time used detergent for an exchange of my honest opinion. I can't stand the scented detergents anymore. The scents are too strong vs. the free and clear seventh generation brand has no scent, yet still gets the job done. And I can use a little bit of their softener and my clothes smells just good.

I enjoy Seventh Generation laundry detergent and have used the free and clear in the past. It tends to last longer than competitor laundry detergents since each load requires less. I don't love the lavender scent on my laundry. I wouldn't buy this scent again. It's strong and kind of a strange scent for laundry. I'd buy seventh generation again, just not this scent. I'm trying their Lavender Laundry Detergent for FREE! I was very impressed with this detergent . It got our clothing clean , and seemed to brighten the colors up a bit . This is a detergent I would recommend . Especially with allergies or kids . It is safe and natural .

I love Seventh Generation Natural Laundry detergent. It cleans very well. We have sensitive skin in our home and this does not irritate anyone. Plus, it smells wonderfully naturally. My favorite scent is the Lavender and eucalyptus for the liquid and the citrus and lavender for the powder. With a newborn at home, we are constantly doing laundry! I tried the seventh generation free & clear laundry detergent because my kids suffer from sensitive skin. I like that it's safe to use in my HE washer and its unscented. My clothes felt clean with no odors. My kids did not have any kind of skin reactions either so that's a huge plus for me. I received this product free for the purpose of my review.
