Love this laundry detergent! It works great on all types of loads. The light lavender is pleasant but not overwhelming. I love the ingredients including that it is plant based and does not have artificial dyes or scents. I received a free product for the purpose of my honest review.

My daughter has the most sensitive skin I have even seen. She occasionally gets these itchy red bumps in various places. The doctor said it is dry skin, however she doesn't get them anymore since I have switched our family to this Seventh Generation Free and Clear laundry detergent. After using it for a while, I really started to notice the difference. It also gets all of my kids stains and spots out of clothes the first time - no more rewashing. (Note: I did received a free sample in exchange for my review, but all thoughts are 100% my own. I was using this laundry detergent occasionally before I got the sample and will continue to use it).

Seventh generation detergent samples came and I was surprised at the power in the small amount that I needed to use per load. I have extra large loads and the laundry came out fresh and clean. My husband works building engines all day and has sensitive skin to boot. Finding a good free and clear laundry detergent thatvalso battles the grease that comes home on his clothing is hard! This stuff was wonderful! I received a few free samples to try and I was not disappointed. My husbands clothes came out clean, the grease didn't bleed on to my other clothes and he had no complaints of irritation. I'd definitely buy this product in the future.

I have always used the same cold water laundry soap. I was surprised when I used, Seventh Generation Free & Clear laundry detergent made for sensitive skin. No one had red mark's, rashes or bumps on their arms or legs. The bumps they did have went away within the 3rd wash, this is when I realized even the will known trusted names brands still have chemicals that can have harsh effects on the skin.

This laundry detergent made my clothes very clean. I like that it is made in the USA. I like that it is good for the environment. I like that it is septic safe. The con is I did not care for the fragrance. It smelled what I can describe as mediciney. It was not offensive and perhaps other people would like the scent, it just wasn't right for me. I recently tried a sample of Seventh Generation Lavender Laundry Detergent. I was impressed with how well it got my clothes clean. I've tried other natural laundry detergents in the past and they did not work so well. This product did not get my mascara off the towels as well as I would have liked. The lavender scent is ok. Its mild and doesn't leave a lavender scent on the clothes as I was hoping. I really like the fact that this product doesn't contain harsh chemicals and is better for the environment. I would like to eliminate as many chemicals from my life as possible.

I was pretty impressed with this one... I've been wanting to try this detergent for awhile now so when I got my free sample I was stoked and used it right away. The scent was light but fresh, and it washed my clothes very well!! I'm definitely interested in trying other products made by them in the near future!!!

It is very important to me to remove toxins from my environment and use safer products. I am a big fan of the Seventh Generation company and love the products I have tried. I was lucky enough to try a sample of the Free & Clear laundry detergent. It is hypoallergenic and a 96% USDA Certified Biobased Product. It did a great job in cleaning the load of laundry that I washed, but did not have an over powering smell. I am sensitive to strong smells since I get migraines, so this detergent was perfect for me. It is a product that I feel great using, especially for my children's laundry. I highly recommend it for anyone. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.
