This detergent works well and doesn't leave a film on clothes. I do use this detergent but I wish the company would consider using non plastic packaging. I'm trying to eliminate plastics in our household this year so I have switched to a different brand.

I love Seventh Generation products ! .This product is great for cleaning clothes and its a good product for sensitive skin ,I like that its 100% biodegradable laundry detergent with renewable, plant-based cleaning ingredients so glad i received Seventh Generation Free & Clear Laundry Detergent for free for the purpose of my honest review.i like this detergent alot .I love my great samples. Awesome laundry detergent! Not only does it smell fantastic ( & it stays after the dryer) but it cleans really well. A little goes a looooong way. I was afraid I wasn't going to get the full experience with those little packet but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to using one for the washing machine, I opened one for hand washing & I still have over 1/2 & washed 7 athleticwear pieces. I recommend & will be buying a big bottle soon. I received samples of this product from Seventh Generation to try for my honest review. We have always used sensitive laundry detergents for our family. Since my daughter was born, she's had reactions to normal detergents. In fact, up until recently we were still using baby detergent and washing her clothes separately from ours. Regular detergents give her rashes, especially when she's running around and playing. In an overall effort to switch to using better, safer products for our family, I was lucky to be chosen to try Seventh Generation Free & Clear laundry detergent. I used our first sample to wash my daughters clothes alone. After sending her off to dance class in her freshly washed outfit, I was so pleased to discover no rash. Her clothes smelled fresh and more importantly they didn't agitate her sensitive skin. I used our second sample to wash a load of her clothes and our clothes together. It was great being able to wash as one load instead of too and have the peace of mind that she wouldn't suffer from any rashes. Highly recommended for anyone with skin sensitivies who are looking are switch to a brand that is dedicated to providing safe and environmental friendly products.

I got seventh generation laundry detergent to try. My child has sensitive skin and this detergent sounded like it would be perfect. After using it I was pleasantly surprised how well it work. It removed the stains on the clothes and came out really good. It is mild enough for sensitive skin. This is my new go to. It has no scent which I like.

I have extremely sensitive skin when it comes to laundry detergent. This is the only brand I have found that one, has a great list of ingredients (nothing scary or harmful), two, it has a light lavender scent, and three, does not cause fading in colors.

My hubby has used all free and clear forever... And would get upset with me if I used anything else. He's a pipeline welder so we have a separate washer for him that's how dirty he is! I got a sample of this free and clear by seventh generation (we received small packets) .... I didn't even get to try them at home he snatched them up for use that week on the road at a hotel. He said it got his clothes clean good "even though there wasn't much soap in the sample"! I told him that's how it's suppose to work not just dump the whole jug in! So now, per his request, I send my sensitive-skin-tough-guy-welder with a small bottle of this detergent with him!!

I'm so loving this new laundry detergent from Seventh Generation its a very concentrated and smells of lavender. At fist glance when I got it in the mail I was a little heartbroken that it was so smell the bottle but than I was clothes and man now I know why the bottle is little and it says to use a tiny cup full from the top. This stuff really gets ur clothes wash and smelling clean like you've been rolling around in a lavendar garden. Its such a refreshing smell and I wont want to stop smelling it either. So this tiny bottle last me for quite awhile and I think I'll buy this one again.

I love this detergent! I received a free sample for the purposes of my review, but guess what... I already purchase this detergent because I love it so much! My daughter has sensitive skin, so as soon as she was born I switched to a free and clear detergent. But not all free and clear detergents are made equally, lots still have harsh chemicals in them and some still have a hint of fragrance to them. This one has no harsh chemicals and NO fragrance whatsoever. Works great for cleaning all clothes in any temperature water. I highly recommend it!

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have a toddler, still bedwetting and this got the sheets clean. I did not get to try it on any stains though. The smell afterwards was great just fresh laundry, no overbearing smells or anything. I do hope they go to a more sustainable packaging in the future.
