Clothes came out clean and fresh smelling. It may have been my imagination but they seemed to have no detergent buildup on them. I love the clean ingredients of this product. With all the harmful chemicals these days it nice to know your clothes don't have any. free product for review

I normally use arm and Hammer or All because I have sensitive skin but when using seventh generation detergent I was very impressed of how well it held in the wash and got all the dirty clothes clean but also was gentle on my skin. I try to stay away from detergents that have a smell this was not overwhelming

I had high hopes for the Seventh Generation laundry detergent as it is eco friendly but unfortunately it fell short. It smells like real lavender but does not get all of the “kid” stains out of clothing. I love the scent but it wears off very quickly and items like towels don't always seem to have that fresh laundered smell after a bit. Because I have small children who get food, mid, dirt and every stain imaginable on their clothing, it's not a product I would buy again. I received a free sample of the lavender scented laundry detergent for being a member of the Seventh Generation community. It smelled really great going into the washer and seemed to work really well on cleaning our clothes. I did notice a slight smell to the clothes as we wore them the finally week. I have another two samples to try to see if this is from the detergent or just a weird coincidence from when I switched. Otherwise I was happy with it!

This detergent is awesome!! This was my first time using Seventh Generation and I love it!! The lavender fragrance smells so good and it left my laundry smelling fresh. It was also great that I received a product in exchange for my honest review. I am definitely adding this to my shopping list.

If I had one word to describe the smell of all of this laundry it would be the title of this review in the utmost sense of the word. Not only was it a beautiful, enticing scent, it wasn't overwhelming or overpowering. It's a gentle scent that you know just smells clean, like you don't have to sniff it and question the last time it was washed! I didn't know we were getting sent a sample, I thought it was a reimbursement and I already purchased the lavender seventh generation detergent and have been using it for the last two weeks! It really gives me a good feeling knowing it's clean detergent too! Like no harsh chemicals, nothing that is going to cause irritation, and it's actually cleaning like set in stains from food and sweat! I'm so thankful that I was introduced to Seventh Generation! On thooo of all of that it's a great price too! It's reasonable and reliable! Thank you seventh generation!!

This laundry soap smells amazing! It worked very well on my laundry and I live that it is sustainable and was not tested on animals. Overall this is a great soap and I plan on getting it again in the future. I received a free product for the purpose of my honest review.

I love this detergent. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only detergent that has never caused a reaction. It also cleans clothes amazingly well, better than any other detergent I've tried over the years. It was even mild enough to wash anyones clothes. Highly recommended!

I received some free samples of this. I dont love it but I dont hate it. I personally dont love the smell of this one. I really like for my clothes to have that clean clothes smell and when I used this they dont smell like the detergent at all maybe because I only used one packet ? (I did use it on very small loads though) my clothes come out clean though so I guess thats all that matters.

My washer and dryer are pretty old and my clothes were smelling a little musty when They would complete the wash cycle. I used 1 #freesample of 7th generation laundry detergent and I am definitely excited to head to the store to get a full sized product , my clothes smelled so good and I definitely was happy with the result , kuddos to 7th generation for coming up with this wonderful product !!!
