I always expect "green" products, or natural products to not work as well as their chemical counterparts, but i was very pleasantly surprised when i received my free product for the purpose of my honest review. Seventh Generation Free & Clear worked remarkably well, even my husband's work clothes were clean and fresh. It's truly a great product

I was actually surprised at how well this detergent worked. I wasn't expecting the laundry to come out as clean compared to what I usually use, but it did the job. It also smelled like lavender which was nice. My only complaint is that I wish I could buy it in bulk and that it came in some type of pod because I tend to be heavy handed. I had an opportunity to try this and let me tell you, I think I'm going to buy this for my laundry. It was a clear liquid and had a nice subtle smell of lavender. If your clothes aren't really dirty/smell, then this stuff is good. But if you do need things to be clean and smell like you didn't just put on the same clothes you had on yesterday, then this is fine. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I have a toddler, still bedwetting and this got the sheets clean. I did not get to try it on any stains though. The smell afterwards was great just fresh laundry, no overbearing smells or anything. I do hope they go to a more sustainable packaging in the future.

Seventh Generation Liquid Laundry Detergent - Lavender & Blue Eucalyptus Scent. I was happy knowing I am doing good for man kind and most of all mother earth. I Was happy with how soft my clothes were compared to other detergents I have used. The smell works only if the clothes are not bad smelly. If you have stinky socks or sweaty work out clothes I do not recommend using this just stick with your usual.
