Honestly I got a few sample packs of these from a site back over the summer and I don't think it's that great. I'm not sure if it's because I only had a few packs and maybe you need more to do a paid of clothes. I did use 1 pack for one load then the second load I put the other 2 packs in it. Still didn't do no justice. Not like other detergents. Even the cheap stuff Extra and Sun is better than this. I only gave it 3 stars because I love the idea of being clean and plant based. But it didn't do it for me. I will say though it didn't make me itch. However, I would never purchase this detergent. I would recommend for maybe baby clothes that aren't very soiled. Other than that it's a no.

I received these samples of Lavender scented seventh generation laundry detergent in exchange for my honest review. I love the way this product smells. Its not over powering. I love lavender its so calming. My clothes come out clean and smelling great. On top of that its better for the environment. I will most definitely be purchasing seventh generation in the future.

Everyone around me knows that I just adore lavender & talk about it too much. I absolutely love this laundry detergent because it happens to include my favorite scent. It's powered by plants, which makes me so happy because it's safer for me and my family, & it doesn't harm the environment when it goes down the drain! I gave one of the samples to my friends when she noticed I was using one of them to do my laundry. I only wish I had more to share with more of my friends!

Seventh Generation Free and Clear laundry detergent does a great job at getting our clothes clean. With the detergent being free from dyes and perfumes it is great for those with skin sensitivities. I love anything lavender and was very excited to try out the Seventh Generation detergent. It cleans well just like any detergent. The only thing I wish was the lavender scent would linger on the clothes because once it goes through the dryer, the light lavender scent is gone. It is competitively priced depending on your current product and store. It left my clothes soft and smelling clean and fresh.

The scent was definitely present without being overpowering and made my laundry smell wonderful! I liked that it's naturally scented vs other products that scent your laundry but muck up the washing machines. Did a great job cleaning as well!
