Great Tirea

These tires are great, we have a 1996 Honda Accord with 158,000 miles on it. This is our third set of tires, it came with Michellins and when I replaced them, the first time I was talked into a competitors tire, which I did not like. We had some tire damage and I had to replace the and with the warranty they would only replace with a like tire. Mather next time I went in I was told I needed to replace two tires and they would recommend that I stick with the same brand. I decided it would be a good time to go with 4 new Michellin's. I,have not regretted that decision at all.

Great Tire for the money

This is my second set of Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires. I got great wear out of my last set, and expect the same out of these. They really reduce road noise, and they enhance the performance of my car even during bad weather conditions. I always have good response and road feel thanks to the design of the tires. They are well balanced requiring little balancing work by my installer. My next set of tires will be Michelin.

What happened to Michelim Quality

Standard tire on Nissan Altima. Exceptionally loud road noise, poor handling on wet pavement. Cornering good. adequate but terrible on ice. Have 13300 miles on tires. Have always purchased Michelin as replacement tires -was delighted tires on my new 2015 Altima were Michelin. Disappointed in performance with these tires.

All the way

I just finished using Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires for 6 years and they are about 6 years 3 months post manufacture date. They traveled 111,000 miles, mostly highway at 70 MPH. There is a small amount of cracking at the edge of the tread; I don't know how significant. Tread is now 6/32 or 5/32. No complaints.

Great Tires for my Lexus

This was our first set of MXV4'. The second set is on our Camry that is in another review. We replaced our original equipment tires on our Lexus LS430 with these tires and they have performed very well for the past 25000+miles. They handle great and are very quiet. Our Lexus is a quiet car, so if the tires made any noise, we would hear them. They have worn very well and look brand new.

My tires for life

My previous set of tires had two of the original 4 make it well over 100,000 miles (with the other two having been blown out by road junk in two separate incidents). I drive almost 100% on freeway, which I think helps limit the wear -- but the tires made it WAY over their expected limit before simply wearing out. I won't look at any other brands -- any savings for cheaper tires will be lost to having to replace them much sooner.

Very Happy With the Tires

I just purchased the Michelin Primacy MXV4 in Nov. for my 2011 Kia Optima and I am so happy. I love my car, but for sound from outside noise it is not very good. So when I researched, I wanted a quiet tire and found this model, I had to try it and I am so glad I did. Just took a 1000 mile road trip and the ride was smooth, handled turns easier and was quiet. I can't tell you enough how pleased I am. Even going through rain, I couldn't hear the sound as I did with the previous tires . Thank you Michelin :)

Worst Tires Ever

I purchased 4 Primacy MXV4 tires May 2013. I just had a state inspection October 2014 and the tires are at 2/32 and are very loud. I typically put 10-15 thousand miles a year on my vehicle. Less than 18 months later I need new tires. Really! I don't know who is rating these tires or more importantly performing the QA on this tires. I will never ever purchase a Michelin product and will enlighten others of this very poor product.

Second Time around

Purchased 2007 Camry with 27k and at 55K purchased a set of Primacy MXV4. Could have gotten more out of the old Michelins except that the State where I lived milled two highways I had to use in getting to a Hospital where I had treatments or 170 miles RT. I put on about 6K. The old ones got worn down to the indicator bar and being pleased with the way that they performed I bought another set. The specs indicate that the Tires are rated above 100mph. I rarely go above 80 MPH. One of my first set of tires were Michelin back in the late 60's when I went to a tire dealer who had taken a tubed set off a Mercades Benz. They wore like Iron and in the years to follow never went back to a predominant Nylon Tire. The tires are smooth riding, cost more, but are well worth it. Rick

Make Your Car Ride Like A Cloud!

Micheline Tires are the only tires I want on my vehicles, but recently I was forced to purchase another brand because I could not find my Michelines anywhere...so after only 2 months of running the "X" brand of tires I started looking for the Michelines and they were back in production and I purchased a set and got rid of the "x" brand and now my car Has gone from riding like a buck wagon to riding on a cloud! Michelines cannot be beat for wear, performance and comfort. Thank you Michelin!
