Got one in 2023. Not awful, but not great. Heavy smoke flavor and not great texture. I hoped this would match the 'Louis Rich' brand smoked turks - but no.

We were looking forward to this turkey, heated it according to directions and started carving it only to discover that it was not fully cooked. Don't take a chance.

Moist , edible, all you taste is salt, a little smoky flavor alot like ham , I definitely like flavor vs salt I will stick to real turkey and just a ham, No Hamturkey!
