Well cooked with smoke flavor. Just heated up and eat. I also made turkey soup with it and it was delicious.

I wanted a larger turkey but they were no larger ones available at the time of my pick up. That being said, my smoked turkey was DELICIOUS! Tender, juicy and oh so tasty; like eating a ham/turkey. One must taste it to believe and appreciate!!!

For all of you that say the meat is pink please research and you will see smoking makes the meat pink. Same with chicken etc. Great product. I love reading reviews lol. People are brilliant these days.

I heated the Turkey according to an article I read. Placed the Turkey on a wire rack inside a roasting pan. Chicken broth was added to the bottom of the pan. The bird was sealed with foil and reheated. The best Turkey I have ever eaten. It was very tender and juicy. I normally will not eat Turkey, especially the white meat, but I really like this one.

This turkey was my go to short cut so I did not have to wrestle with cooking a turkey for hours and hours. I did flavor it up with seasonings prior to heating and it was very moist. Everyone thought I spend hours cooking it in the oven! It was gone before I knew it!

This is absolutely perfect for the holiday dinner. Best yet, it's fully cooked and tastes delicious. It's a nice taste change from a regular roast turkey. My 3rd year of doing this! I recommend it on taste and energy savings since it's quick to heat up eliminating a lot of oven time.
