Works out great!

Decent price, vacuum sealed!!! Can go directly into the freezer without worrying about freezer burn. So very convenient.

Great Meat!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and it is fantastic quality! I was pleasantly surprised at how flavorful the meat was.

Awful

Made a meatloaf with this product. This is not 93/7 I got more fat off of this than with using 80/20 also it was very tough and doesn't taste like beef. I think from now on I'll stick to buying my beef from the local meat market.

Just ok..

Purchased these because of the convenient packaging but was very disappointed to see how much fat there was, especially considering it is supposed to be a 93/7. I would consider these much closer to an 80/20 and will not purchase again.

Sour meat

I never had problems with this ground meat until recently. The meat had a sour smell, so I threw it out. I thought maybe the other pkgs would be good, and decided to give it a second try. The meat smelled fresh, but when I started cooking it the sour smell reoccurred. It was nauseating. Not sure what could've happened, but I can't stomach it again. The meat is prepackaged and ready for the freezer--very convenient. Never had problems with Sam's meat before, and it was only this product.

Fat or fillers? I usually don't do reviews, but

Fat or fillers? I usually don't do reviews, but thought I should. Lets just say I won't be buying this anymore. I will gladly pay $5.99 to $6.49 per pound for Grass fed organic. This really grossed me out. 2-Stars is being nice. McDonalds Quarter Pounder meat is way much better.

Description is deceiving

Listed price when I purchased was $3.28 per pound for a total of $13.12. Or, 4 pounds for $13.12 ($3.28x4) When I picked up it was 3.06 pounds at $3.78 per pound. Forget the $1.50 extra I paid, I now need to go to another store for 1 pound of meat. Horribly inconvenient, and live chat said I can go back to the club for price adjustment. Again, it's not the cost, it is about getting what I expected based on their faulty description.

Chewy - Gross Meat

This meat has huge white chunks in it. I made burgers and they were hard to cut with a fork. This meat is disgusting. I have no idea what I’m going to do with the other 5 packs of it. I’ve never had such chewy ground beef before... I don’t know why it’s so bad.

Tastes fine, but more like 30% fat

I cooked 7 6-ounce patties on a Foreman grill. Final weight was 4 ounces per patty. That's more than 30% fat.
