I brew my Signature Blend coffee with additional chicory for the prebiotic benefits and find it adds a pleasant, slightly sweet, nuttiness to the flavor. Always knew chicory had medicinal benefits and glad for newer findings.

This is my favorite coffee. It's bold flavor and when brewing, the smell is intoxicating. I just love this coffee. I also get it in the instant. Take it backpacking and anywhere else I need it.
