I like these mixed vegetables because there isn't allot of corn in the mix. Don't get me wrong, I and my husband love corn, but to a diabetic corn acts as a starch, so that is why I like that there is very little corn in the bags.

This was a surprise. Difficult to find mixed vegetables with all those I like, normally has beans in the mix. And instead of one big heaping bag, you get 6 x 12 oz bags - perfect for my rice cooker

Perfect portion and easy mix. I've been using these in soup to add some veggies. Just defrost them in the microwave and toss them in my soup base. Cuts down prep time but adds a lot to the soup.

I love the that these are microwavable, you don't lose the nutrients of the vegetables. That one loses when they boiled in water. The pouches come in very handy.

I really enjoy this mix as it does not come with Lima beans, which are not one of my favorite vegetables.

This mix is very good. It could use a few more baby corn, but otherwise super. I use them for stir fry and just as a side at dinner.

I love that it comes in individual bags. Reasonably priced.
