[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first dehumidifier died within 3 years. Frigidaire replaced it, no questions asked, only proof that I had purchased it and it was no longer operable. The replacement works fine and quietly. I am a satisfied customer.

I've only had the unit 2 weeks so don't know how it will perform over the long run. So far its doing the job. Runs quiet and saves on the electrical bill as it shuts down when desired humidity level is achieved. I'm using it in a 3 car garage and it seems more than adequate.

It could never get the humidity to the level I had selected so it ran constantly. Within a day the new unit was at that level and now cycles only when necessary. Very pleased with my purchase as the unit also isn't as loud when running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace a six-year old dehumidifier. It has a strong fan, and a very sensitive filter. The filter warning light requires me to clean tge filter each week, even when there appears to be no accumulation of dust on it. The unit produces a lot of heat. That was a surprise. The former unit cooled the area as it dehumidified. The heat might be a nice feature during the winter when basements in WI are cold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a newer model Frigidaire dehumidifier in the basement. I bought the older model because I wanted on with the air intake in the front. The newer model far exceeds this model. Should have bought the newer model and turned it backwards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I set this up with a garden hose in minutes, works great and it is very very quiet, I have had others that were extremely loud so this is a big improvement , the filter is going to be very easy to keep clean also.

I've been using this in my basement for over two months and it works great. Shuts off automatically when I forget to empty it and has kept our basement from getting that damp basement smell. It's actually so easy that my 3 year old can empty since he likes to "help". Also automatically lets you know to clean the filter, which is nice.

My condo was damp with humidity levels in the upper 60's until I bought this unit. Now I am able to keep the humidity right about 50% with no problem. The unit does run a lot but it never freezes up like so many dehumidifiers do. This unit works great and is nice looking! I would highly recommend this dehumidifier!!
