Bought this unit based on Consumer Report rating. Medium coverage area. It is fantastic. Doing an excellent job and is quiet. Front access to tray is great. Unit is living up to expectations and beyond. Highly recommend it.

So far works well. A screw holding handle to reservoir was stripped (important if not using continue drain feature) but was otherwise in good condition. Works as intended/advertised.

I was on the fence about needing one, someone had told me a/c is all I need. Wrong. Here are the numbers: A/C set at 80 deg and hygrometer read 79%. After 30 min, got it down to % 60. So money well spent. I don't run it at night.

Having read about this on Consumer Reports, I was pretty convinced this would be a good product. So far, it's great. I've only been using it for two weeks, and it has pulled gallons of water from the air in my basement.

I have only used product three weeks, but it seems to work very well. In the beginning days it pulled enough moisture that I emptied it twice a day, I now attached a hose so that I do not have to empty the tank.

Working really good pulling 4 gallons of water a day from a small 700 sq ft guest house. Our floor was buckling because of high moisture but after a week using the dehumidifier the floor lowered back down.

This machine is relatively quiet and does a great job lowering the humidity in our home. During the first few days of operation, I was emptying two full buckets (more than 3 gallons each time) each day. Much more efficient than my old dehumidifier.

This dehumidifier seems to work well and efficiently. Emptying the full bucket is somewhat awkward and is too heavy for my wife to empty. I also don't understand the timer on the unit - why would I want to delay the unit from operating?

so far so good, had for approx 2 weeks, is working fine, fairly quiet, easy operation and price was the best I could find. also love Site to Store thru Walmart. recommend.

The dehumidifier unit performed as advertised (what a concept). The unit allows for adjusting different levels of room humidity. The unit is super quiet and the handle on the water collection bucket makes it very easy to empty.
