Plugged in unit and it's been working flawlessly since. Keeps humidity at desired levels and have not experienced any icing, leaks, or abnormal vibrations. A big difference from my previous 3 year old LG product that failed.

after opening the box and allowing for it to be in the upright position for a while as stated in the directions this dehumidifier has worked like a dream.. Would recommend

Bought to replace a very old and noisy dehumidifier. This one is very quiet and effective. Does an excellent job. The ability to set the humidity level is makes it very efficient. Price at WM was $40 less than the identical model at HD.

Very easy to setup and operate. Humidity indicator which reads both setup and actual humidity readings is a plus feature. Water capture tank is smaller than my previous units but is adequate to capture one day's worth of moisture.

This item working as stated. I have only had this for a few weeks but I have nothing negative to say about it. Delivery was very quick and plugged this in and could feel the difference in basement the next day on some of the most humid days we had.

This product works great. It definitely takes humidity out of the air however it has warmed up the room it's in by several degrees- that's our only complaint! Runs quietly and is very easy to use and easy to empty/ drain.

It's a dehumidifier and it does that. We purchased the unit for our basement. It is as quiet as we expected. Controls could be a little more user friendly. But were are happy with it for the amount of money we spent.

I've owned a few dehumidifiers over the years, but this one has to be the best. Its a great product for the price, easy to move and use, works the way I want.
