I am very disappointed, this does not say I am buying a refurbished product!!!!!!!! I was deceived into thinking that this was a new product!!!!!!!! This is faults advertising and the Attorney General of Missouri will be investigating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago and I'm amazed how much water it's pulled out of the air! It's in the basement but I can feel and smell the difference in the entire house.

Use it in my basement, noticed a difference in a few hours, runs all the time (except when it shuts off if it's full) and haven't noticed any changes in my electric bill

So far so good, after one month of use. Old dehu had to be replaced and this new model cleared the musty smell in a couple days. I like the low fan setting for lower noise and keep it at 45%
