[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is working well as far as eliminating water from the air, but there is a chirping noise coming from the unit. Thankfully this unit is in the storage room away from people, but it is annoying.

Purchased 3 months ago and works fine. No problems, dry basement, easy install, very quiet, looks good, good price, great features. Who can ask for more?
