The unit does a great job at dehumidifying, but at a cost. It puts out a lot of heat. I only use this in warmer weather, so whatever room I put it in is hotter than the rest of the house. It is loud, but that is somewhat expected.

We have been using this for about one month. We bought another brand at the same time. It broke already and will be going back to the store. The broken one will be replaced by aa Frigidaire.

The electronic controls went out on this model, for us between the 1st and 2nd year of use...hardly a stellar performance. Of course, no internal repairable parts, end of story. I would suggest looking elsewhere for a dehumidifier.

If you are in the market for a dehumidifier then you are probably reading this, and if that is the case then stop reading this now and purchase this unit right now. You will not be disappointed!

I returned it because the fan runs all the time, you can't turn it off. And I know your gonna tell me it runs better with fan running, Your fan will probably burn out after 2 or 3 years.
