Within the first couple hours of turning the dehumidifier on I could already tell a difference in my basement. Within a day the air was a lot drier and took the musty smell of my basement out.

I bought this dehumidifier about one month ago. I am very pleased. It really takes the moisture out of my basement. It is also very quiet. Couldn't be more pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly design, and quiet fan. It uses less electricity than my old dehumidifier. I would buy the same product again if I have to.

Continuous drain did not work, which was why I purchased this model. Had to return it. Generated a bit more heat than expected. Otherwise seemed okay for the week I had it.

The unit works well however when emptying the bucket the handle broke off and bucket fell onto my foot, ouch! I am waiting for a new bucket which is on its way.

I used it in my basement where it was damp from a leak. It was quiet and filled up quickly. I will connect it to a hose soon but it is a great dehumidifier.
