Humidistat registers too high by 10 to 15 points. Unit starts and stops immediately when near the humidity setting and you can her water dripping into the bucket while it's operating.

We have had several dehumidifiers in the years past and never have I had one as great as this. The AC ducts would always drip from condensation with the others but this Frigidaire keeps every thing bone dry. I couldn't be happier.

So far, performance has been excellent. I have been burned by other types of dehumidifiers' longevity (or lack thereof...), but so far I have been very happy with the purchase.

I got this for a basement that is relatively small. It is always damp and gets wet during rain. Because of good reviews and a positive experience with Frigidaire, I got this model. It has worked great. Basement is dryer, smells better.

This unit does a great job of controlling the humidity at my new home in Panama City. Prior to using, it would take forever for clothes to dry, now it is like I am used to.

This replaces an older model same size. It functions just as well as the previous one but is much quieter. I like the small changed they made in the design. The handle, the filter and the overall appearance.
