It never worked properly, blowing warm air and making the room hot. Perhaps I just got a bad unit. I just took it back after trying it out for 2 weeks.

Office space it is used in has copy paper and needs the controlled environment to keep the paper usable, especially through the summer and the high humidity season. Thank you for a product that is reliable.

This unit works well when new. For me the real test is in the longevity of the product. However it was easy to get up and running and started working right away.

The best so far among several dehumidifier I bought for the past 12 years. It's very quiet and does all the functions it claim well. I'm happy so far with my unit.
