We purchased about one month ago and it has been working great! I am totally happy with this unit and would buy another one. So so far so good and it is quiet.

Everything has been great so far. The only gripe I have is the bin that the water collects in is sometimes hard to pull out. But really its such a minor issue and I would rather have it that way then where the bin just falls out.

I bought this a month ago and it is great compared to our old one that had died. They are so improved and efficient. Wish I hadn't waited so long to buy a new one.

Purchased this unit in December 2014. It has worked extremely well. manufacturer's instructions are simple and easy to follow. Doing a great job in keeping my Home Theatre moisture free.

The problem with this unit is in the design of the water bucket. There are 2 small screws holding the handle on that lifts the bucket. One stripped out immediately.

Can't believe how much moisture it pulls from the air in our AC cooled, walk out basement. Removing collection bucket is a bit more cumbersome than my older unit but it holds more and is much quieter.

We've had this unit a year or so, and really like it. Using it in our 5th wheel trailer and it's great. Recently, the 'filter' light started staying on, even after the filter was cleaned. Still works fine, though. Any ideas about the light?
