[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased about four months ago. The dehumidifier works very well and easy to set-up. We have a hose attached to it, so we don't have to constantly empty the built-in reservoir.

So far I have no complaints. It does the job and runs a lot quieter than the LG model that quit on me. Also, the product information booklet is a lot easier to understand than the one LG provided for their unit.

San Francisco is notorious for excess moisture, especially in ground-floor apartments. This appliance has worked wonders for us - it's quite effective for our small one-bedroom apartment.
