I run a small retail business from home and heavily rely on my printer. I`ve had to hold my breath in the past hoping that my printer would work. That is no longer an issue after receiving the Brother MFC-J775DW All-in-One/Multi-Function Printer.Once the printer arrived I quickly began to set it up. The box contained a User`s Guide along with a Quick Setup Guide. The entire process from opening the box to the first print took approximately 45 minutes. I believe it would`ve been closer to 30 minutes had I not complicated what turned out to be a very simple process. In my mind I thought it just couldn`t be that easy.I love the LCD screen and the fact that it can be tilted to avoid glare. The control panel makes it incredibly easy to communicate with the printer to change settings. Another bonus is that it is really quiet compared to others that I`ve had in the past. If I`m in the room next to my office I can`t even hear it. I`ve also printed many invoices and so far the ink volume display hasn`t gone down so it appears that I`m going to get a lot of use from each cartridge.With all the love that I have for this printer there is one downside, printing is slow. It takes approximately a minute and a half per sheet. So far that hasn`t been an issue but is something I`ll have to work around during busy seasons. Overall I feel this is the best printer we`ve had. This is a great option for anyone running a small business or even just for your home printer. We`ll definitely be sticking with this one for quite some time.

I was a long time user (12+ years) of another well known All-in-One printer-copier-scanner-fax...until my last purchase which lasted 53 weeks in an low usage job. My first Brother AIO lasted 3+ years and when it stopped, it was an easy decision for a replacement. No regrets, still happy.

This printer is an excellent buy with all the bells and whistles. It does all the things that my techy husband wants it to do and is easy for me (someone who is less techy) to use without being overwhelmed by too many features. My favorite feature is that I can print to the printer from my phone! So easy! we also like the size. We can tuck it aside in our guest room. It`s oa quick setup. From box to set up it took less that 25 minutes. The instructions were clear. We have had home printers in the past and we`ve always had bad luck with them. I`m very happy with this choice and look forward to using this one. I was also pleasantly surprised about how much ink came with it. Overall I think this is a great home printer and would recommend it to others!

I am pleased with the quality of this product. Overall, it prints well, was easy to set up, and is a sleek, compact size. Initial set up was easy, and even though I didn`t have a disc drive on my computer, I was able to download the program from the internet. I have it set up on both a PC and a Mac, and both worked well. It connected and printed fast on that first try. The next few times I went to use it, it would not recognize as "online" for about 10 minutes after turning on, and then takes a few minutes to print each page. This may be due to wifi signal? It is frustrating as it is in the home office, where wifi has been good in the past. I love the long-lasting ink cartridges, however. Much better than the printers I`ve bought in the past that run out of ink right away, and cost so much to print.

Well, maybe not everything, but as far as printers go, it`s great!I`m used to printers being kind of a pain to get installed and set up on your wifi. This was pretty easy, and there is a phone number if you end up needing help. Of course I like wireless printing but you can print from you phone! Love not having to get on the laptop to print. Also, you can use several cloud services with this printer too. I used to have to buy or refill ink pretty frequently, and this printer comes with enough refills that I don`t have to secretly print stuff at work anymore. Hooray!

I've had this printer for two years at home use and I love it. The color copies are great Quality. I will need another for an office use so ill be purchasing another in the next month. I also have another brother printer that prints black only and I hope they have it stock still, because I had that one over 5 years and I'll need one for an outside office use as well. They're both easy to set up and it's great quality.

This Brother All In One Inkjet Printer that comes with three sets of ink cartridges. For the price it is a deal that I did not want to pass up. The printer was not difficult to set up but when I tested it with a USB connection it worked but a while later the printer would not print a brochure I was working on. I took off the printer and then re-added it using Wireless and the printer has had no issues printing since.

This all in one printer can print, scan, fax and make copies in color or black/white. It also has the capability to print and scan wirelessly from phones, laptops, tablets and even desktop computers. The LCD/display plate is also flexible and can be angled to change the visual view and does not have to stay flush against the machine. Printer also has a manual feed tray located on the top that opens and closes easily when not in use.Packaging: The printer was packaged especially well and was easy to remove from box and other peripherals. The color cartridges were sealed individually with the ability to tear them open, however the black ink cartridge was not, I had to use scissors to get that one open. Installation: The LCD screen on the printer and the written instructions with visuals made install very easy. I have never installed a printer before and was intimidated by it, but managed to run the install smoothly. It took about 30 minutes to set up and this included a set up the printer had to run through by itself. The directions did state to use starter ink, which I did not find. Instead this printer came with 3 sets of full ink so that was a bonus.An extra nice feature is the ink level indicator. Since the cartridges are indivduals, the indicator shows which color needs to be replaced. So no more wasted ink since only the one color can be replaced if needed.Features: For my use I did not use the cd installation disc but instead downloaded the Brother Iprint and Scan app. This is fantastic! I love how fast it scans and how clear the picture it produces is. This all in one also has the ability to scan straight to Dropbox and email. I found this printer to be a bit loud and noisy. With the wireless capability however I did not have to house the printer right on my desk. I was able to put it in a separate room so when printing and on the phone with the customer, I don`t have to worry about the noise.In my opinion, this machine is easy to use and a great price for all the features and capabilities that is has.

This printer, is the far best investment that I have ever made. Love all the features on it, plus the mobile app as well with emailing items to your printer. I'm out in the field a lot, really don't have access to my desk, love how with a few clicks on my laptop or mobile device everything is waiting for me at the office or sent to a client.

Love having multifunctional machine that prints, copies, and scans. Long lasting ink cartridges in separate colors saves when it's time for replacement. Not fast, but good quality for a low cost unit. We recently retired and find it useful for the limited office things we need to accomplish.
