This was such a great upgrade from what we had before!

I have had a Roku from the very first one. This is year 10 with a Roku in my home. It just gets better and better with every new edition. It is MOST DEFINITELY the best streamer available, to date, by far! You cannot go wrong with Roku! Two thumbs up. All the features you could ever wish for, seamless WiFi/internet access with or without ethernet, perfect picture, even with 4K, and the most channels with any streamer. All the best features with any affordability. This is my 4th Roku, the 2019 Ultra. A++

I have had a ROKU for years. I just recently purchased the new ROKU. So easy to use. I have Netflix, Amazon Prime, HULU and YouTube on it in addition to many other free streaming sites ROKU also has their own app and it is free too! I had an Apple TV but I don't use it. I find it very limited compared to the ROKU. Very satisfied!!

I had an Apple 4K that I had to buy for Spectrum streaming. The Apple had several problem. Took a lot of phone time with Apple to get it working. Constant problems. Remote is very poor. Sometimes had to get within 2 feet of the TV for it to work. With the Roku Ultra I can put the remote under the bed covers and point at the ceiling and it works. Took a very few minutes to get the Roku installed and running. Remote has a lost remote finder system. Roku cost way less, works better and has been problem free. I sold my Apple TV and got 2 more Rokus for other TVs in my house.

We love our Roku, it's fast, runs all our apps without any stutter or crashing, has tons of free channels, and we love the free movies/tv channel on the main menu. The interface is buttery smooth and easy to use, and the huge selection of themes is awesome. The Ultra is the all around champ of streaming devices with solid OS and user environment, very happy with our purchase!

BE AWARE THAT YOU NEED AN 'HDMI 4K/HDR 60FPS' TO STREAM 4K HD ULTRA' IN NETFLIX, OTHERWISE YOU WILL ONLY GET '1080' HD DEFINITION.

The RUKU ULTRA has exceeded all my expectations in terms of ease to operate, picture quality and compatibility with the TV.

After only one week my remote is dead. No phone support means slow response for replacement. I can only use email to address this critical issue.

This goes through batteries like crazy!!! I bought two of them and a ton of batteries!! Never seen a remote use so many.

Overall works good but freezes and restarts multiple times a day. The original roku we had never froze up.
