I purchased this Roku before it came out so waited...worth the wait. Easy & quick to set up, excellent picture and much faster download. There are plenty channel options so with this addition we cut the cord to cable.

I bought it today and I tried to use 2TB SSD G/Drive USB 3.1 formatted Mac OS extended (Journaled). I could use it with 4k Vizio. I reformatted it to FAT32 but it did not work. I will return it. I hope 2020 model can use these modern SSD.

Cannot control receiver volume. This is 2020 and I don't see why a universal remote can't have all the remote codes my 1999 universal remote had in it.

I bout this last October for privet lestining via remote control, it sucks so bad. The voice quality is absolutely baad. Had to use the app. So disappointed. Sent so many emails but no real answer.

We liked our express roku but enjoy the ultra even more

Roku always up to date, features are great, finding shows and movies are always easy
