We bought this because of family members who are not very good with technology. They have found it easy to use and navigate and can understand everything going on. Setup was extremely easy and it is very easy and fast to setup. Once we got used to it we ha e started to branch out into new apps and found new ones we love. Thanks!

Setup takes a tad long especiall with registering but after that it gets you introduced to most features and going to success in no time. Mute and volume work so its great to have a all in one control. After all convince without price gouging is what we all want in our entertainment and roku has alot of that.

This is my second roku player. I previously bought the stick for my mom. It worked so well in nursing home. I wanted more features at home so I bought the 2019 roku ultra with added features and preset buttons. We live it. It was easy to set up. There is so much to offer. We also love watching the old time tv shows from the past.

I upgraded my initial Roku stick with the Ultra after being convinced I would never go back to cable or satellite tv. It is reliable easy to use and offers more choices than cable at a fraction of the cost. If you want an alternative to the high cost of cable get a Roku.

As soon as I set up our new Roku I liked it better than cable. We were paying way too much every month for base cable. With a Sling subscription and internet bill we are paying less than half of what we were paying before! Also, it's so easy to use!

I have 2, one on an older HD Tv and one on a newer 4K HDR TV. I use VUDU and Plex as my main streaming Apps. I love the units and how they work seamlessly together. I do have Fandango Now, AppleTV, Prime Video and Movies anywhere. Movies anywhere seems to be the center hub of all linked accounts, If Movies anywhere does not support a movie then something purchased in Itunes won't be available in VUDU.

We just replaced our 7 year old Roku 3 with a new Roku Ultra. It was just as easy to set up and operates much smoother than the Roku 3. We have a slow (5 mbs) DSL connection and the Ultra handles it much better than the 3. We are very happy and expect it to last as long as the 3

My first Roku - the Ultra. I highly recommend this product. Lots of apps with free programming. And you are going to absolutely love the way your included JBL ear buds plug into the remote for private listening. And it mutes the television at the same time!! And this 69 year old had no problems setting it all up. Easy as pie!

This Roku is my #1 favorite. The quality is superb and the speed is great and no flaws at all!
