Following the instruction on the bag, I used a Scotts spreader set at 3 and 1/2 and I ended up having about 10 to 15% left over. I lowered the setting down to 2 and 1/2 and went back over the lawn to kind of even out the coverage with the remaining amount. The granules are very small and fine which helps it spread evenly and easily. I haven’t noticed it killing active grubs but it has helped keep the population down later in the season.

I definitely recommend this Grub killer for anyone with a lawn that suffers from this pesky issue it is easy to spread via spreading device, the package has instructions for spreading and storage so no guesswork there. Waiting for proper results due to the inclement weather in Chicago it is somewhat difficult to gage efficacy throughly just yet however there is slight progress. I will be repurchasing once I have finished the bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Scott’s GrubEc was extremely easy to apply. It takes just a couple minutes to walk the spreader along your lawn and then just water to activate the product. Now I don’t have to deal with pesky grubs for the season! Great product.

It is easy to use, provides long lasting protection and safe to use. You see the results best when applied early spring to summer onset season with active watering post application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The results are great and no bites from bugs on either one of my plants. I would suggest doing this once a month no more. I store The rest of the products in a dark cool area. Not much of a mess prefer to use the equipment that uses to spread on the yard. The product is a dark grainy substance. Easy to shake around throughout the yard.
