I purchased the printer after my 20 year old desk jet began to fail. The HL-L200D was easy to set up and has performed flawlessly with word and pdf documents.

I'm old school and liked the reliability of a printer that is USB connected rather than Wireless. This printer is very reliable and has not given me any trouble since I bought it.

Easy to setup. I needed a simple printer for our winter place. HP lost when my printer of 6 years failed to recognize my ink cartridges. Toner should survive the heat and humidity better than ink.

Bought this to replace an inexpensive Samsung printer that broke after less than 4 months of moderate use. The Brother has been great!!! Easy setup, quiet, and the double sided printing is a wonderful bonus. Highly recommended.

Perfect printer for my printing needs. And Laser is the best choice for an older person as I am who doesn't print often. Order arrived ahead of time; was easy to set up and produces excellent copy.

Printer does not operate on solar system of batteries and inverter to convert to 110 volt. Microwave, bread machine, TV etc work fine on solar system. No mention of this problem in description.

I recommend this printer for home offices and a small or medium business with printing needs. The printers performance is amazing. I have so far printed more than 100 sheets from it whithin minutes. Great clarity for our contracts.

Dislike that there was no usb cord to plug printer into computer.\nThis is STRICTLY a printer only , you cannot copy or hook up wirelessly.\nFor a few dollars more get one that you can AT LEAST make copies from and can hook up wireleesly.

Have two Brother printers in our home and purchased another for our granddaughter when she went to college. She graduated several years ago and now has it in her home office area. These printers have provided great service and are easy to use.
