If you are looking for a hassle free black ink only printer this one is for you. Toner means no more premature dry ink cartridges. Took me 30 years of trying to finally find a printer I don't need to constantly fiddle with: while ink jet catridges tend to clog up if not used several times a week laser toner cartridges just keep rolling along.

The printer is good. But you need to buy a special cable separately to make it work. Better to offer this together with the printer. Or at least have in the description that you need to find it somewhere

Bummed. Requires a specific usb cord to connect to the computer and doesn't come with it! Separate purchase that I am still waiting on because I can't pick it up in the store. So I've had it for two weeks and haven't been able to use it yet.

This printer worked great for about 3 months. now, the paper just jams up in in the paper tray instead of feeding. so, I paid $99 for 3 months and about 20 pages. At $5 per printed page, I would say but anything else but this.

It's wired and that's fine except it doesn't include the cord necessary to work properly. You can't even set it up without the cord. It'd be nice if $100 printer included all the necessary components, especially the $5 cord.

Easy to install laser printer. Easy to print. High yield toner cartridge easy to change. Compact size. Love it! Brother makes the BEST printers!

This printer is ok nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Words of warning though it requires a usb a to b cable which it doesnt come with and it doesnt work with chronebooks

Replaced a dead, 25 yr old lasar printer. Win10 recognized the printer, installed it with updated drivers. It shipped immediately, arrived on time. Much better machine than the one it replaced, esp with pdf files. Great print quality.

Very fast (compared to my old serial port HP), nice laser print, fairly easy to set up with enclosed CD. Just bought it, so can't speak about reliability or longevity yet. My Epson scanner came with an included USB cable, but this unfortunately does not. Also, an annoying high-pitched sound on start-up, but doesn't last long. Overall, satisfied, but not having bought a new printer in over 20 years, don't have a lot to compare it to. Should be sufficient for my needs.

I AM ANOTHER DISGUSTED BUYER BECAUSE THERE WAS NO USB CABLE WITH PRINTER; COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $8.63 THAT WILL TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET HERE. ADD MY REVIEW TO THE OTHER BUYERS THAT GOT STIFFED ON BEING ABLE TO USE MY PRINTER THAT I REALLY NEED NOW. I HAVE SINCE READ OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT MISSING USB CABLE. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. I THOUGHT BROTHER'S WAS A QUALITY COMPANY THAT MADE QUALITY PRODUCTS BOY WAS I WRONG.
