We are both tech dinausors and in need of help to an embarrassing degree- the staff has been respectful and responsive to our "disasters"

This printer,scanner is great. Doesn't take up much space. It is cordless. No problems and the quality is great

The only improvement I can think of is to include at least a video screen display of a "fax successfully transmitted" after a fax is sent out.
