Not only is a ripple design created to provide the right amount of clean but it is also comfortable. Thick and soft, this is the type of toilet paper that you use if you truly care about your bathroom products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the preferred toilet paper in my house. It is soft, thick, absorbent and provides us a soft, gentle clean. With a potty training toddler, a good toilet paper is a must!! We have even taken it on trips away from home! Lol

We have always used your toilet paper, but you are no longer offering the wide sheets. We now have to find a new product. You are making them too thick to fit on the toilet paper holder and you shrunk the width from 4.5" to 3.8" you have lost a loyal customer.

The rolls are more narrow which at first seemed to be "cutting corners". Alfter using the product it didn't seem to make a difference. I found that the thickness of the t.p. made up for the loss of width. When using t.p. for myself and my young children it is always important that our hands stay clean and nothing soaks through. There was not a single instance with the t.p. breaking or having been soaked through. Happily, I found no t.p. "dust" which seems to be consistent with the softer brands. I liked the texture, it seemed to help with the cleaning of all the bottoms in the house. I would suggest trying this product out in your home. I would list it among my favorites!

The CleansingRipples texture provides cleanliness; personal cleanliness that gives you freshness, satisfaction and confidence. The gentle softness is very thick and strong too. Only 3 or 4 squares does the job and lasts much longer than any other toilet paper. A mega roll is very large and that single roll lasts a whole week at my house. Cottonelle toilet paper is sewer and septic safe. Cottonelle Ultra ComforCare Toilet paper will remain my permanent go-to toilet paper. You can usually always find coupons online too. Saving is very important in today's world and Cottonelle is the most saving toilet paper.

We have only used Cottonelle toilet paper at our house for years. I was disappointed to know find that the 45 roll pack of WIDE rolls was no longer available at Costco, and seems to be unavailable any where. Have you discontinued making the wide rolls?

I have been using your product for years and recently noticed its not the same quality. . Not as absorbent, rolls not lasting as long, a lot of fuzzies left after wiping, tearing as soon as it gets wet, more expensive. Unfortunately, I am definitely going try another brand. I do not know what you changed, but I was very happy with this product before, and price a roll lasting a week of one person is not okay.

I usually purchase store brand 2 ply because of cost. I was given a 9 pack of Cottonelle by a friend. I have never purchased Cottonelle do to cost. After trying it I'm sold. The quality is outstanding. I'm worth the comfort and terrific cleaning ability that doesn't fall apart.

The new packaging reads new look and "new texture". New look yes, better texture no. Ridiculous as it sounds I tell everyone I know about your toilet paper, I have yet to find a better quality product, but I'm not sure I can say that anymore... Your "new texture" is less thick and feels more like paper, therefore it's more like the product your competitors sell. When will a company learn to just change the packaging, not the product. I ask you to please consider switching back.
