[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the Cottonelle Comfort Care to try and give my opinion of it. I have been trying the Cottonelle Comfort care and it is great. It is a perfect sized roll to last a long time which is very cost effective these days, much bigger than regular rolls. The 2 ply is thick, strong, and absorbent, not overly soft and has no lint left behind after use. It is comfortable during use. The texture is a firmer more durable feel, soft to the skin and strong. I like that it gives a clean feeling without needing to use too much, its very cost effective because it lasts a long time per roll. I am sharing with friends and family so they can learn about how well it works also. By far the biggest mistake I've made. For years we have used Scotts toilet paper because it is septic tank safe. Well I decided to buy a huge pack of this toilet paper on December 13th 2018 because it was on clearance at dollar general. I made sure that it said septic safe. Fast forward to Jan 7th 2019 our toilets started clogging. All sorts of nasty slush came up into our bath tubs. My husband plunged..nothing happened. So he had to go out and buy a snake from Lowes. That worked for a couple of days. Then it started again. We paid someone to come out they said there is clumps of toilet paper that is not breaking down. He did his job. Told us to switch back to scott and to run yeast down our toilets every month until it breaks down completely. My son woke up this morning used the restroom flushed and toilet over flowed every where again. Even though we stopped using cottenelle it will take awhile for it to get entirely out of the system. So basically I tried to save a few dollars and that turned into having to dish our hundreds of dollars. Never again! By the way in case anyone cares I have receipts for everything.

Immediately noticed the paper felt less substantial and thinner that my previous purchases. Then saw on the package "new texture". Which, of course, always means - reduced quality to save us money. Too bad - I will look for a new brand. I wish manufacturers would find other ways to cut costs, like cheaper packaging or less marketing, but seems they always reduce the quality.

This toilet paper is durable yet soft and we use less sheets because it does not tear when using it.

I was a die hard Cottonelle user but when you changed to the wavy clean ripple the toilet paper became much less soft and doesn't clean as well

You are all we use in our house And it's tough to find it right now in our stores It's flying of the shelves

I buy the 12 dbl. roll and sometimes get a package where the start of each roll is so glued down that it has to be scratched up to release it. Also hate the "commando" comercials. Otherwise, like the product.

Use this toilet paper if you like it to rip, tear, shred, and fall apart. It does not rip on the perforations, shreds and gives you dingleberries, and tends to let your fingers go through.

Ultra Comfort Cottonelle leaves you clean unlike other brands. What woman want's to go see her GYN, and find out after the exam she had pieces of toilet paper stuck where you doctor was looking. Talk about red faced. Cottonelle 5 stars~

Long time loyal Cottenelle users - now forced to go to another brand due to the smaller width of the toilet paper now being sold. Have looked all over for the wide sheets but can't find anywhere. What were thinking changing such a great product?
