I have used Cottonelle Gentle Care since it first came out years ago. Since it is pricey, I stock up when it is on special, generally, at Target. I did this BEFORE the crisis. My supply is dwindling and cannot seem to find it anywhere . . . Not even on line. When I try to put in a request to find out where I can find it, or when it will be available for purchase again on your website, even after keying in ALL requested information, your system is not accepting the request. THIS is NOT customer friendly! I realize that this is a busy time for all of us, however, part of excellent customer service is answering customer questions in a relatively simple, professional, friendly manner, which I understand completely, since I work in customer service!

You have shrunk the width of your sheets of the Family, Double & Mega rolls. And you still charge based on the length. Did you think we wouldn't notice? The sheets used to be 4.2 inches wide. Now they are just 4.0. Will have to try something else now. And I won't recommend it any more.

Now that ive tried the new Cottonelle Ultra Comfort care, I have found my new favorite toilet paper. This is supiror quality at its finest. So soft and gentle. Doest get any better. If you haven't tried this product out yet, I recommend you do. You won't be disappointed.

By far the biggest mistake I've made. For years we have used Scotts toilet paper because it is septic tank safe. Well I decided to buy a huge pack of this toilet paper on December 13th 2018 because it was on clearance at dollar general. I made sure that it said septic safe. Fast forward to Jan 7th 2019 our toilets started clogging. All sorts of nasty slush came up into our bath tubs. My husband plunged..nothing happened. So he had to go out and buy a snake from Lowes. That worked for a couple of days. Then it started again. We paid someone to come out they said there is clumps of toilet paper that is not breaking down. He did his job. Told us to switch back to scott and to run yeast down our toilets every month until it breaks down completely. My son woke up this morning used the restroom flushed and toilet over flowed every where again. Even though we stopped using cottenelle it will take awhile for it to get entirely out of the system. So basically I tried to save a few dollars and that turned into having to dish our hundreds of dollars. Never again! By the way in case anyone cares I have receipts for everything.

I have used Ultra Comfort Care for years because of its thickness and softness. The last package I purchased did not seem as soft, so I checked at the grocery store to make sure I hadn't picked up the wrong variety by mistake, which I hadn't. I'm not sure what is going on but am afraid I'll be experimenting with other brands.

We have been a cottonelle customer for well over 30 years but if this is your new product I will have to say goodbye!! This new texture (ripples) are cheap and feel like outhouse toilet paper cheaper, smaller and rougher. It reminds when Coke Cola went to the new Coke and lost millions of customers and money than they went back to the classic Coke. Learn from their mistakes NOW.

I really liked Cottenelle before they improved it. I have been using the 2 ply ultra comfort, and due to a "better" texture I am switching to Charmin. This improved version doesn't even hold up when you blow your nose. I like feeling clean, and I don't want to have to use a wet wipe to finish the job. It's really too bad as I was happy with the product prior to the "improvement".

What was once my favorite toilet paper is now a product I refuse to buy. As many others have posted, you reduced the sheet width by approximately 3/4 of an inch. It was once 4.5 inches and is now 3.8 inches.Your responses refer to this as an improvement. It is not and improvement. I have also seen some of your responses which actually deny making the new rolls narrower. Maybe you should listen to your customers and give them what they want.

It is a perfect sized roll to last a long time which is very cost effective these days, much bigger than regular rolls. The 2 ply is thick, strong, and absorbent, not overly soft and has no lint left behind after use. It is comfortable during use. The texture is a firmer more durable feel, soft to the skin and strong. I like that it gives a clean feeling without needing to use too much, its very cost effective because it lasts a long time per roll. I am sharing with friends and family so they can learn about how well it works also. Cottonelle has been our family's TP of choice for 20 years! Even when I had a daycare in my home and went through rolls & rolls I still spent the little extra because I wanted TP that could handle our messes. This size change, looser wrapping on the roll and quality change is a fatal flaw! Softer sometimes means crumblier. (The reason we're not a Charmin family).. No longer is your paper durable and a great value. I hate to find a new brand but you're forcing my hand. Please go back to your old product!. In the past you would have received 5 stars in every catagory... now I cant. So sad... from Great to mediocre....
