Item:Canon MF445dw ImageClass Laser Printer I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I was in need of a printer, but worried about size as I am in a smaller space. Thankfully, I had nothing to worry about as the printer is a perfect size, big enough to get the job done, but compact enough to be unobtrusive. Set-up: When unboxing the printer, I thankfully had no real issues with set-up. While I was able to set things up without too much hassle, things certainly could have been easier. The pictures were not very descriptive, and I much prefer written step-by-step instructions. It also took longer than it should have to find the central time zone. It was hard to scroll down the list of time zones, and I accidentally clicked multiple other`s when trying to scroll. Use: Once set-up and functional, everything appears to be working as advertised without any major issues. Scanning is really slick and works like a charm while everything else is seamless. It only prints Black and White, which meets my needs, but might not work for everyone. Overall: At the end of the day, you could do a lot worse than this printer. The only real issue is slow response when trying to scroll/access the touch screen on the printer itself. Other than that, everything works as it should and is more than functional with some nice perks you won`t find elsewhere. If you are in need of a printer, don`t be afraid to pull the trigger and give this Canon a try for your printing needs.

Set up The instructions for setting the paper size tabs was not clear (pictures 6 and 7) and took awhile to stumble onto the fact that you needed to squeeze the tabs there. In setting up the wireless connection, instruction 3 is not going to make sense to many people. It is not going to make sense to non-tech people what an SSID and WPS are, especially since you refer them to a user`s manual that is notincluded in the box. I would indicate right at that point to check the note on the bottom of the page for finding the Help web site (which itself has its own problems). I would recommend showing a sample label on the router and say to collect the information off the label with arrows indicating where they would be located on the router. Once you have those numbers, the screen instructions are simple to follow. Operations For some reason, after leaving the printer overnight, it would not print anything until the printer was powered down and back up again. Then it seemed to function fine. The print is fast and very quiet. While the main printer feels solid and appears well made, the paper tray adjustment tabs felt like they might be easy to break.

Great product for the price! Replacement toners are expensive but that's why the MFP is so reasonable.

There are people out there who still need and use a black and while only printer. I print a lot of black and white documents and this all in one is one of the best and meets my needs. These are perfect printers for small to medium size offices. I like the size of this printer, doesn't take up a lot of space which is a plus for me. You are able to connect this via cable or like I did, wireless connection. It was quick and easy and didn't have any issues while completing this step. During this time you can setup so phones and other devices can print to this printer, which is a plus for me. The cartridge prints a lot before needing replaced which again is a plus. The front has a LCD touch screen which is a nice size and clear and very intuitive, doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand how to setup and operate the printer's functions. Plus it has different business applications which you customize to meet your needs. It also has USB port so you can print form a USB device. The paper tray holds 250 sheets which is enough for me but also allows you to add an addition one which would hold 550 sheets. The Canon Print business app allows you to scan from the printer wirelessly and also can use Apple Airprint. As for printing itself, it is fast, never had a paper jam. I am very pleased with the speed since its done through a wireless connection. The scanner has been working great, like the speed and the quality if the prints. Again, like printing, never had a paper jam. The fax is standard; works perfectly and never had an issue. All in all this is well built, prints quickly, delivers quality prints and works smoothly. Couldn't expect anything more from it.

The received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. The Canon MF445dw ImageCLASS Laser printer came in a rather large box. I required assistance from another person to unbox it and move it to its permanent location. The instructions on the box were easy to follow. The product came with tape on several areas which was not difficult to remove. The product is larger than my previous printer and required a 4-inch space between the product and other objects in close proximity (i.e. walls ect.). Because of the 4-inch space criteria, the product took up even more space than initially expected. Despite the space allocated to the Canon MF445dw ImageCLASS Laser printer, the overall esthetic of the product was appeasing. The overall set up of the Canon MF445dw ImageCLASS Laser printer was very simple. My previous printer took far longer to set up and was not nearly as sophisticated as the Canon MF445dw. The touch pad made set up easier than my previous printer which was a button display. From the time the product was plugged in to the time I printed my first document was less than 10 minutes. The Canon MF445dw ImageCLASS Laser printer prints very quickly. Printing a 10-page document took less than 10 seconds. I wanted to see how well the device printed images and was disappointed to find that the printer only prints in black and white. When I did print in an image in black and white to see if the quality was sufficient, I found that there was a black somewhat solid line was present in every image I test printed. Scanning took a bit more setup than anticipated. Unfortunately, the printer is not equipped with Bluetooth technology which makes scanning easy. Instead, an email must be setup in order to obtain scans. Overall, I think the printing capability is very fast and it does a fantastic job with documents with little to no images on it. The initial setup was pretty easy and didn't take much time. One thing that I wish the printer had was the capability to print in color and Bluetooth technology. Overall, if you are looking to print quickly, without color then the Canon MF445dw ImageCLASS Laser printer will do a sufficient job.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. Item - Canon imageCLASS MF445dw Appearance - The Canon imageCLASS has a streamlined, functional appearance and is white in color. It comes with an easy to read touchscreen on the front of the machine. I love how the touchscreen can swivel so it can be accessed easily from a sitting or standing position. The machine does not take up too much space and the copies actually come out from the front of the machine which also saves space. Installation - I used the wireless installation process but it can also be installed using a USB cord. The installation was very straight forward and easy to go through. I was very pleased that the toner cartridge was included with the machine. Functionality - The imageCLASS offers many functions such as copying, scanning, faxing, and printing. I am very impressed with the speed of processing. It is so much faster than my old machine. Price - The list price for the imageCLASS is somewhat more than what I would pay for this type of machine. If the price were on par with other machines of the same type, I would be able to more strongly recommend this machine.

I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I myself set this printer up on my own and have been using it along with others in my office. My review is based on my own and their experiences with it. The imageCLASS MF445dw All in One, Wireless, Mobile Ready Laser Printer is well built has a nice weight to it which I prefer. The reason for this is I have found a good well-made printer is heavier and doesn't make as much noise when using it and lasts longer. I connected the printer through my wireless network because it is being used by others and prefer this way because it is not close to any computers that are using it. Setup was straightforward, didn't need to use any instructions expect follow the prompts on the screen to customize apps and used the add printer on my laptops in Windows 10. As for the LCD screen, it is a decent size, clear and uses icons and text so you can easily understand what all the applications it has to offer in its library and how to use them. This is just a black and white printer, but if you own a business you know most of your printing is done in black and white. I am happy with how fast the printer is. It doesn't take long for it to be sent through the wireless connection and prints quickly. The same is true when you are scanning a document; it is scanned and received quickly. You have the ability to change the settings to what you want and for me the standard works the best and delivered high quality documents. It comes with a built in fax, sent and received documents, worked well. The Canon PRINT Business application allows you to scan from the printer to a phone and is one of the features I use a lot and is helpful. As a business owner I look for products that will deliver what they promise, work as promised and make my job easier. That is what this all in one does and do believe it will do this for a long time because of how it's built. I do not see any reason not to give this 5 stars. Every feature worked and worked well, it's well built and should last a long time.

Printer is very fast, has excellent double side printing, easy setup, nice user friendly touch screen.
