This laminate was put into the living room. It replaced some old carpeting and it gives the room a much more inviting feel. The product went down easy and really didn't have any problems with the material quality. The boards snap together well, with a tapping block and cannot get a much nicer look for the price. I have done several laminate floors in the past and this product was very nice.

We recently purchased a vacant home that had just had this flooring installed prior to listing. We have lived here for 2 months. Despite our efforts to eliminate scratching (by using felt pads on all furniture) we are noticing dings and scratches from things as simple as Legos. Other than that it looks great. Hopefully it doesn't bubble, shift or peel over time because we have 2000 sq' of it.

After price shopping everywhere we decided to go with these based on looks and the built in padding. We replaced carpet with flooring slowly throughout the house. Three of our rooms have had this flooring for over three years and still look brand new!

I just inspected a recently vacated apartment where this flooring had been installed in both bedrooms 3 years ago. The tenants were not easy on the apartment. The (different) laminate flooring in the living room was totally destroyed, but after 3 years of abuse this flooring in the bedrooms only showed very minor "wear". A few places the end-to-end joints have some distortion, possibly from liquid spills. There is no delamination, and the damage is barely visible except at an angle in reflection off the finished surface. We are replacing the living room flooring to match the bedrooms in making ready for the next tenant . We have been using this and other Select Surfaces laminate for years in our apartments. Our current favorite is similar produce in color "Driftwood".

I love it!

I bought a box last week to get a feel for the color against the wood trim in my house. I am so glad that I only purchased 1 box instead of going ahead and purchasing the almost 200 that I will need for the job. 2 of my children have purchased flooring at Sam's and been quite happy with it. This was the exception. First there is only 2 patterns on the boards in the box. That's a lot of repeating pattern on the floor. Second this is the only flooring in stock that is 10mm. The others are 14mm, actually 12 if you don't count the padding. I was shocked at what a difference it is between what my children bought and this product. I actually chipped the end of a board just laying them out . I have Grandchildren and pets, Ya-No, not going to make it here. I've already started shopping again.

So, I'm somewhat handy doing household projects. That being said, my husband laid out the first row, and showed me how to measure and cut the last piece and begin the next row with it. He showed me how to push in and lock the pieces together. He explained to me the importance of random seams. Then I ran with it!!! I completely (except the very last row, hubby is doing that) laid down two rooms of this floor in just a day and a half! It was soooooo super easy and simple to do, which left time for my husband to do other home projects that needed done. We have two more rooms to finish and I can't wait for this weekend so I can get them done! We were lucky enough to get the flooring on sale so that definitely helped our Home Improvement budget! Definitely rating this a Five Star!
